Introducing your Next Leader

Brandon was the featured guest speaker at the Rogers County July monthly meeting in Claremore. During the meeting Brandon discussed his platform and what he stands for. He described himself as a proud Union member that firmly believes in the working class, living wages, and public education! He is just a working class man that wants to get to work for the people of Oklahoma. He stressed his desire to hear from all of his constituents and to continue to do this after elected into office. He plans to do that by returning from DC and hosting town hall style meetings throughout all of CD2. He believes you can’t truly represent people if you don’t stay in contact with them. He believes in accountability and responsibility. With that being said, he expects to live up to those standards. Public Education was one topic that Brandon talked about. He firmly believes our Federal and State funds should be put into our public school systems and not the private sectors. He wants to ensure our teachers are paid a professional wage. He stated that they provide the leaders and next generation of professionals in all fields. Brandon understands the importance of quality educators. He also understands that if we don’t fund our public schools they will fail. When they fail we fail our greatest responsibility, our children and future! If our Rural schools die, so does our rural communities. He also talked about Equality. He mentioned the attack on many rights and the need for someone to stand up and fight to return and protect those rights. He mentioned Woman’s right, LGBTQ, Black, Native, and Voter’s rights. He stands behind the believe of there can’t be Equality until we are all truly Equal! He supports our Veterans and believes they should always be took care of.
